— Due to the very unique handmade production process, most of our garments are made to order.
Generally we will have your garment made especially for you and ready for dispatch within two weeks of you placing your order. If for any reason there is a delay we will contact you to let you know. Believe me it will be worth waiting for!
Orders in Ireland will be dispatched either by An Post or by Fastway Couriers. Please allow for up to 3 working days for delivery. When placing an order with Madigan please supply us with as much information as possible, such as a mobile number at which you can be contacted throughout the day as well as any special delivery instructions.
In some cases you may want the parcel delivered to your place of work. When confirming your order there is a facility to specify an alternative delivery address.
We ask for a daytime telephone number/mobile number so the courier can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you cannot be contacted on that number and the parcel is returned to Madigan there will be an additional charge to re-send the parcel or if the order is no longer required an administration and re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the order value will be levied.
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Party Packs by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

- Madigan will be happy to exchange any item once it is returned to us unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Sale Items cannot be exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning an item. Sorry, but we cannot refund your original post and packaging charges, but our P+P back out to you is free.
- Be sure to include your name, order number with your return or exchange for prompt processing.
- In the unlikely event that you find a fault due to manufacture of your product we will replace the item or reimburse you in full, including return carriage without quibble. Your statutory rights are not affected!
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, address and email address. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
